What data we collect and why

When you use the quote form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number or email address, and your description of the job, including any photos you send. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Where we later carry out work for you, we process your data to fulfil the contract and to meet our legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within twelve months. Data connected to completed work is kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, normally up to six years, and then deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be handled by service providers we use to run this website and our communications, such as our hosting provider and email service, acting on our instructions. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes your message according to its own privacy policy. We share data with third parties only when necessary to carry out your job, for example a materials supplier delivering to your address, or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Only technically necessary data, such as your IP address, is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. Write to fitnfix26@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
